I live in my dad's apartment building and the people who live above me are actually my dad's girlfriend's daughter and son in law ( w/ new 1 mth old baby) They make so much noise, and they don't care what time it is but they will argue yell, kick and screamm if they can. I have actually had to call the cops cause they were fighting at 2 am and I have to get up at 5am for work. Myself and my boyfreind work 50 hour weeks and upstairs don't work and since i have been there the husband has lost 4 different jobs. I am tired, my work is reflecting it and my bf and i are fighting too, cause we are so tired. My dad says he'll kicking him out cause he can't stand him, but what will it take, the guy upstairs actually came to my door on sat. and said he would put my bf's head through the wall if we didn't turn down the stereo at 1pm . what should i do, i am fighting with my bf and my dad, i just want my dad to take my side and throw him out, the guy never pays rent, my dad covers it 3 mths now.

tell your dad it's them or you. Maybe then he will take care or it.

Call the cops for criminal threatening. Leave and return when your father kicks them out.
