I don't know if he does because he's said that he's worked out is whole life, so I'm really not sure. Is it possible to get that big without using steroids?

Sorry My real question is if he ever used steroids in his life. I don't think he did just because he looks natural and he always says that he worrks out a lot at the gym.

Yes, he's natural, so is arnold schwarznegger and Barry Bonds. I don't know what John Cena uses, but I can tell you what steroids Arnold used.

There are some pretty naive statements here..lol! People are very unrealistic when it comes to the demands of sports and think that with proper nutrition, training,rest, etc.., that there are no limits. Well..I hate to be the bearer of bad news but even with all those ingredients perfectly applied, you will hit a genetic limit and it doesn't look like John Cena. I have great respect for the man and his abilities but no athlete can withstand the punishment that guys in such professional sports endure, still train, and not burn out without the use of performance enhancers. Look at professional sports throughout the years and you will see a trend of increased size and performance throughout the years and even more so in recent years. Do you think it was due to harder work? Proper nutrition? Vitamins..lol? I'm not saying to cannot achieve great things naturally but eventually, no matter how great your genetics are, you will hit a wall. When you are dealing with guys who's livelyhoods depend on performing better than the best there are you will be willing to take any means necessary. Especially when you are talking about millions of dollars. As far as how big he is in comparison to like say a bodybuilder or World Strongest Man competitor, his dosages, training, and types of performance enhancers can dictate that. Also alot of that is geneticly determines. Two guys con take say 500mg of Testosterone and 100mg Trenbolone and respond completely different.

While steroids do promote rapid muscle growth and a bigger size, many body builders in 60's got bigger than that using no steroids. Cena is big, but his body is in good proportions, unlike other heavy users like Scott Steiner and Randy Savage. Only Cena and God know for sure if he does, but I don't believe he does since he isn't having many of the injuries or problems that juicers normally have. To me he looks natural, and muscular definition and size is no guarantee or indicator of steroid use. Many athletes use them and really don't look all that good or they look freakish like Steiner.

john cena does not use steriods i did a autobiagraphy for a a class about an athlete and i did it about cena and i found out that he doesnt take steriods
