I got my tubes burnt 2yrs and 6months ago, and i haven't gotten pregnant. With birth control its a 1 out of 100 chance that you can get pregnant, but the getting your tubes brunt is 1 out of 400. Plus gettin your tubes brunt is better than them just being tied.

I had a friend who got pregnant after having her tubes tied. She ended up having a miscarriage. It is very unlikely, but occasionally it happens. If you have had your tubes tied and you suspect that you may be pregnant, you need to see the doctor right away because you are at an increased risk of an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy.

I got mine done and then had a tubal pregnancy. 1 in 500 women that has a tubal ligation will get pregnant. That's what my doc. told me when I got pregnant 4 mos after the procedure.

I had them done in June '05 and i got pg last month but had a miscarriage.

I have heard of that happening. People call them their miracle child. I don't understand. After three and this procedure being done, I hope not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
