There are small electric fence plates that you can get from a farming store not know ing where you are at.
Big cities use these on top of thier buildings now. You can always set them up as SOLAR-POWERED ENERGIZED to save on a bill.

And here is my smart butt answer to this...sense I HAD a problem with these ever pesky animals, and when they started inviting ALL thier relatives to roost on my roof and barn ...I had problems...I thought this would be Ideal......... Remote Bird Launcher with Remote Standard Leaver button. All steel will launch to a range of 500 yards....may take a couple days for birds to get the hint....

My dad bought a plastic Owl at the Home Depot and placed it on the roof. They little buggers never came back.

you can stretch a slinky (the toy) across the top part of your balcony railing or whereever they are "hanging out" this a safe and humane way to keep them from being to stand there!

have you heard the a saying? if you cant get rid of your Pigeons, on your roof, litter it with breaded rat poison? It helps. and yes it does work. then chase them off as soon as they are done eating. and they will never return.

Sit outside with a shotgun and take them out one by one. It works for as long as you want it to work and it's a whole lot of fun. D**n flying rats. Good luck.
