She had the baby and they both still live on the island. Her name is Claire and the baby's name is Aaron.

Claire gave birth to a baby boy named Aaron. Last season, he became very sick, convincing Claire that the Others had injected her w/ some sort of chemical while she was their prisoner. Aaron is fine now and so is Claire *Charlie has stepped in as a puedo father for the baby*

Claire was pregnant and kidnapped by the others. She was pretty much brainwashed into wanting to stay with them. A young girl (Gabrielle's daughter - my own opion) told her she had to leave for the baby's sake and got her out of the compound where Gabrielle found her and made sure she got back with her people. She gave birth later and named the baby Aaron.

She finds her way back to the camp and has a healthy baby boy. Her and the rocker guy, who had a heroine addiction, get close and are raising the baby. Blockbuster has the second season on DVD to rent, you missed a lot.
