I know how you feel. But it's true that there are always new people showing up to ask and answer these questions. It would be nice if there were an automatic redirect to previous answers, but I don't think it would stop many of these people. They want something personal, meant just for them alone. Remember, a lot of these questions are asked just to get the feeling that somebody, somewhere gives a damn.
