What makes you so sure THEY copied YOU? Maybe they had the idea before you did, but you had the opportunity to carry it out before they did. Anyways, if it were me, I wouldn't be bothered, I'd just keep doing my thing.

It depends on if they are copying you well. If they are doing a poor job at it, then it's freakin annoying.
