I really need to narrow down my list of cars for what im going to be getting soon. Make sure if you can try to give me good reasons.

this is my list.

- 2006 Audi A4 2.0 T Quattro ( s line )
- 2005 Subaru WRX STI
- 2006 Subaru Legacy GT spec.b
- 2005 Mitsubishi EVO 8
- 2006 VW GTI
- 2006 Acura TL Type S

I would be gettin any one of them with a manual transmission and i have yet to test drive them but ive put a lot of thought into it and i just cant seem to narrow it down.

Oh yeah and if it helps. Im looking for sumthing nice and pretty powerful but not too much. Either front or AWD...prefferably AWD. sumthing i can tune pretty easy if it doesnt already have enuff power and sumthing that i can make look really good.

I'll get flamed, but take the Audi and VW off of your list. They spend too much time ripped apart for repairs.

Acura and Subaru on that list would be the most reliable. I'd choose the WRX if you are going to be using it for something other than just commuting (wink wink) as it has the most aftermarket modifications available.

I would go with the Mitsubishi- cheaper to upkeep (used to own a Subaru and Audi- bad customer service and expensive upkeep) and looks stylish... if I were in the market for a new car I would have my eye on this car too.

My favorite is the 2006 Acura TL because, it is the most reliable out of the choices and all of the features in it are incredible. One last thing is, I've driven all of those cars and the TL if the most comfortable out of those cars.

STI all the way..... it is all wheel drive so it is great in all weather.. comes off the showroom floor pushin 300 h.p. and is extremely fun to drive... the legacy isnt bad either but the aftermarket kinda fell short.

consider the insurance cost as well. If you go to these sites you can get a quote on line and compare this fact too. It could save you $1000 a year if you do not check this!

u need to also consider the saab 9-3. i checked all those and the bmw 3 series, mercedes C class, and jaguar. horse power, interior finish and space, fun to drive (turbo, 6-speed), price. when i boiled down the whole load of info (and i put it on a spreadsheet to compare) the saab was the hands down winner.
