Contrary to what their commercials may make you think, Cingular's network is far from being the best.

If I had a choice between those 2, I would go with T-Mobile.

You might want to check out www.jdpower.com to see what they rank as the best carrier in your area. Chances are it will be either Verizon or T-Mobile - Cingular will be somewhere near the bottom.

i'm with t-mobile and I've never had a single problem with their network or customer service anytime I've had to call. I don't personally know about cingular, but I have friends that used to be with them and complained about some service issues.

I actual have had Alltel in view that 2001 and it hasnt droped a decision ever! and that i've got My Circle so i can call 10 human beings from any community for loose! i admire Alltel there a super enterprise and that they have low costs. stable success!

it might depend on where u live, work, or travel and the coverage you'll have. in my case, alltel provides better coverage than cingular (which i used to have).

If I had to pick from those 2 I would say T-Mobile but Alltell is WAY better and so is Sprint.
