You could be anemic, take Iron pills- Do not eat or drink anything dairy *at least* an hour before and after taking the pills. You should feel a diference very soon- Also I have heard that dairy products cause tiredness and dark circles under the eyes. If you can handle it, cut dairy completely out of your diet for two weeks and see how you feel- if you feel better you can slowly add it in here and there and see if there is a difference. When I felt my best I was only drinking milk with my cereal, other than that I had no dairy- I felt GREAT-

I hate to tell you this, but you could have the early signs of depression. When one is depressed, sleeping habits change, leaving one tired and weak on a daily basis. You should examine your emotions. If you have emotional roller coasters on a daily basis, that is part of depression as well.
Basically what happens when you are depressed is your endorphins are unbalanced, causing lapses between certain neurons in your brain, usually connecting to the emotional side.
When your range of emotions vary widely, your body has trouble adjusting, so it leaves you tired more often, no matter the regiment or time of sleep you receive.
If you are experiencing any of this, you should definitely go see a doctor. I could be wrong though, but, as a psychology major, I have learned a lot about these signs in my classes and internships.
Just think about it, hope this helps.

Some people are just like that! However, check your morning habits. Try setting your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier. When it goes off hit the snooze button ONCE. If you are woken up, and then go to sleep briefly, you will feel more awake. Also check your breakfast habits. Not having breakfast or having a sugary breakfast can leave you tired (if you have a sugary breakfast you will get hyper and then crash)Glad to help!

No. you might just be going to bed a little bit too late. try to relax more, and if ur still in school, stress might come from homework. make sure u r going to sleep on time. try one night go to bed and sleep 4 ten hours straight, and c if u r still tired. if u r go to ur doctor and ask him. he might know what to do. :D

Probably too much caffeine or not setting a rigid sleep schedule. When you go to bed, no reading...just sleep or sex (if you're of the appropriate age).

I would see a doctor. It could be diet related, or that you aren't getting enough REM sleep. It could also be a sign of anemia or stress, or something more serious.
