I am in the Criminal Justice diploma program and want to switch to the degree. The classes are almost EXACTLY the same in the diploma and degree program except College Algebra and a science in the degree program. How would I switch to the degree? And also, if the classes are almost the same for diploma/degree, after switching to the degree, then what?

It is pointless to ask this question here. You didnt even say what country you are in, or what college. How is anyone supposed to answer?
Go to the office of the Department Chairperson or Faculty member in charge of your program. Tell him your idea - he will be delighted to help you.
Good luck. But I have to say, if this is an example of your investigation skills, I hope you arent planning on being a detective!

talk to the advisor for the degree program. it's why they're there.
