i am looking for a free ringtone maker where i can make my own ringtones, but can also send them to my phone for free, not just a 1 time free trial like on phonesherpa or the other sites. i want to be able to make and send as many ringtones as i want without having to pay.

Yeah - you want www.phonezoo.com. You really don't need to download anything. You just use the site to turn your mp3s into ringtones. They send them to your phone via text message. The thing is totally free. It's easy to use too.
