How do I return a temp table as a datatable from sql server 2005 stored procedure?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but temporary tables in stored procedures are prefixed with a # mark.
So you would need to create the table in the stored procedure just as you would create a permanent table, but use a # in front of the name.
