The Texans just gave Carr that extension. I think they feel like he is coming along. Remember they are playing this season without their number 1 running back Dominic Davis. With a chance to improve again in the off-season I don't think they see Carr as the problem. He and Andre Johnson are becoming a formidable one-two combination and I suspect the team will be much improved next season.

Texans need to keep him. The guy has the best accuracy in the league ( almost 70 % ) and i know he can throw the long ball. They just need to protect him next year. Talent wise, he has a lot of potential. Too bad Texans passed on Reggie Bush this year. That's a Grave Mistake.

His numbers are very admirable with Gary Kubiak. I think he'll continue to grow in year 2 of Kubiak. Houston will be able to improve the running game this off-season with OL work and that'll be the key to Carr's development. They'll keep him because he's showing progress.

I think they should keep him. He's tough proven by the crazy amount of times he's been sacked in his career. He has a decenet enough arm, and he can always steal a game for you. If anything the darn Texans need to get an o-line that can protect him!

I think they should keep him he's a decent QB they just need a better offensive line to protect him. I think they are going to be very good next year or at least do better than this year their coach is good and the team is learning the system besides their one of the youngest teams in the NFL.

I think that they would like to. However he will count alot against the salary cap so unless they can trade him I think they will stick with him. There are not a lot of high quality QB's in the draft either. The free agent market is due to be quite thin also.

They will most likely stay with Carr. He is a progressing QB.

I hope they do keep him, because Dallas sucks and he will help make sure they lose big next year.
