my account upon receipt of payment from my client. Can someone reference me to a contract template that I can have my supplier sign to ensure that they will honor their payment obligations to my company?

Try legalzoom.com. I've never tried them and have no connection to them, but I've heard that they have these kind of contracts.

BTW: If the supplier is in another country, it will be hard to enforce this contract. It may be a bad idea to put them in touch. They won't need you if they do.
