you can email their Customer Services Dept. but we all know how far that usually gets us with service companies. I've never heard of a ticketing company watchdog although if you are in the UK you could write to the TV programme "Watchdog" and expose their folly. Again in UK you could go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau and see if any of their expertise can be utilized to make a formal complaint to the right body.
