jogging/running - just keep your endurance up until you know. Then you can change/ increase your workouts to specific areas when you find out.

You need to keep up your cardiovascular training,that could be stationary bike or jogging,buy a pitch back net this will help your hand-eye coord.I don't know your age but light weight training can't hurt.Swing a bat every day start out at 100(swing hard) and progress up,do it without batting gloves this will toughen up your palms so you don't get blisters later in the year.If you can get to the batting cages as much as possible,this isn't as good as live pitching but it helps.Throw everyday at about 1/2 to 3/4 speed.Stretch everyday get a routine that suits you and GOOD LUCK.I love baseball

What you should do is ask your coach or a coach what he would recommend doing for anyone. You can either put together your own workout by putting together pieces of all the positions or you can have the coach do it for you.

DO A LOT OF RUNNING. IT ALWAYS PAYS TO BE IN SHAPE.

do alot of running and lift weights. also eat right
