I actual have not been all that non violent lately, yet i visit inform you something, I absolutely have extra Christmas Spirit this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days then ever before! i'm actual extra irritable and that i have received emails calling me out in this because the starting up of the week. All i visit assert is i'm sorry, i'm slightly mean today, i imagine it is the hormones yet who's time-honored with, there is only a lot occurring. i imagine you're proper although, if we absolutely recognized Christ is Peace we would want to manage others as they must be dealt with and as we opt for to be dealt with. So for my undesirable body of ideas lately i'm sorry. i'm purely so wiped out. Love, God Bless, and Merry Christmas, Kate.

best way- by comparison with "irritable". in my language "nervous" is a "false friend", so you get nervous before an exam, for example, but you are irritable by nature if you overreact when someone gets on your nerves.
i also explain this in practical terms, by creating a situation when someone gets nervous and another one when someone is irritable (you can use simulation for this).
if you want to check if they understood, let them create these situations but be prepared to do it yourself if they cannot.
good luck
