There would be total caos. People would be murdered for the gas they have in their tanks, and containers because by mid day all stations would run out of gas. The economy would fall to its knees and beg for mercy! Scary. Then gas would probably go back up to 8.00 a gallon to "make up the loss".

At very first thought, it was complete chaos and insanity. After thinking a few minutes, the economy would tank and lots of people would be unemployed. We would probably end up like Russia or Africa where people stand in line hoping for simple things like bread or rice.

The red gas container will increase in prize... Because I would max all my credit cards just to store all the gas I can . I think people would go crazy buying gas.

People wouldn't think it was going to last and there would be a run on gas stations, long line, congestion and all.

There would be a run on the gas stations and they would be bleed dry...spinning us into a gas droubt. Oh well, my thighs will be toned from biking everywhere..YAY Thighs!

you could assume that the war would get more vigiourous cuz now we would be able too afford gas...but are u implying that more gas will come with thys change?
