what do you all think is better...a glass or acrylic "tobacco"bong for smoking "tobacco"...and why do you think so?

The glass I always bought was really strong so that if I dropped the bong it wouldn't break. Plus the glass heats up better and it is so easy to clean even when it is a water bong.

Definetrly glass- All synthetic products seep out toxic fumes. Even glass is known to seep particles but far different to chemically made products such as synthetic, although the heat source is in a metal recepticle i could only assume the heat from the burning tobacco would aid in the release the toxic vapours. The other issue is the hygiene of acrilic. It is not as smooth as glass and tends to splinter- crack so bacteria lodges in it- this being inhaled directly into the lungs- glass can be kept cleaner.
I had a friend who had a lung infection and that went into her heart and she nearly died. She was extremly ill for months.So be carefull- smoking is bad enough but you don't want to add to the risk
