Lots - not all, but lots - of women do this - over-think the d*mn thing.
Here you've got a guy who loves to give you what you love getting.
And instead of just enjoying it, you want to sit there and 2nd-guess his motives and wonder what if he is faking it (does that mean *you* have faked it in the past, hmmm?) and what if this and what if that. Just because you have not told the truth about your feelings (sexual, yes i came that time, emotional, whatever) doesn't mean he is the same way - withholding and at times lying. He just likes it and no guy fakes that - we either love it or hate it.
Lie back, enjoy the oral, and pop off a few big O's and stop creating drama where there is none.
