TMI:

I had no symptoms before 4 days past ovulation (DPO).

On 4 DPO I had cramping, a bloated and sore abdomen and thick unscented creamy cm.

On 5 DPO I had real BAD cramping, a bloated and sore adomen, and the cm. My abdomen hurt enough that I lost my appetite.

On 6 DPO (today) I have virtually no cramping, but I still have the cm and my abdomen hurts when I put any pressure on it.

I have no bleeding.

I called the doctor and he said he will see me only when I have a + HPT. My period isn't for another week.

Is my cramping normal after ovulation or possibly implantation?

Yes your cramping is normal. I had cramping for the first 5-6 weeks, I am now 10 weeks. Some women have crampign throughout their pregnancies and doctors say that is normal as long as they are not really bad and continue for more than a day or twoand you don't have any bleeding. Normally spotting in early pregnancy is ok.

Good Luck to you!!!

I can tell you this after going through that for years:
Get something called Vitex at the health food or vitamin store.
It has chasteberry and has been used for the past 200 years for women's problems like this and it works like a miracle.
Yes it is normal but Vitex will make you feel like a new woman.

Some women do cramp with ovulation. But I do agree that you need to pay your MD a visit. I think your's is more extreme than most.
