I am 39 yrs old good health but hate this condition. My doctor did give me some pills it help but now he told me that I can't stay on it. So what are my other option.

There is a surgery that they can do, but it only lasts for about 5 years. Mt Grandma had it done back in the 70's

Sounds like a prolapsed bladder. Probably past doing 'keigel' exercises and may need to be surgically suspended ('tucked up'). Can be done as an outpatient surgery by a GYN doctor who does these. Good luck

You may have to go in and let a doc tie up your bladder. Talk to the one that said you couldn't stay on your medication, mention this option and see, besides this, if there are more options.

i've heard that strengthening your pelvic and vaginal wall muscles can help with bladder control.
try going to your local health food store and ask them if they have any alternative medicine books on the subject before you go under the knife again.
