When americans say we are the best i say why, and they say "because we can do as we wish without being imprisonned or being shot, well i say ok, but not every country is like that you moron, start comparing yourself to amazing countries like Ireland, Germany and the UK and we'll see who's better, you're not the best for
- GDP PER CAPITA
- Poverty
- Quality of life
- Leadership (president stinks)
- Crime
- Obesity rates
I mean i suppose the power of the dollar and the love americans have for it, seriously what makes you the greatest, and please don't say freedom, LOL what freedom? You have mass poverty worse than Ireland or Germany, you allow guns to be bought, thats freedom but i want to stay in a safe society thanks. Now let me see if anybody can give me 3 sentences that i wont seriosly disagree with

Starla: No-one is saying you have 'nothing to offer'. But you seem to think you have everything to offer and are best at everything in the world. No-one is saying you have nothing to offer...... one thing though ....'Germany (Hitler)' what on earth does that mean?
As for George: What are the world's problems that you speak of that America solves? Iraq - hundreds of thousands dead and civil war. Afghanistan - no law and order outside Kabul, no working government, opium growing back to all-time high levels because the people are destitute. Iran - no doubt soon an invasion even though once again as with Iraq, no evidence of any wrongdoing while Tony Blair announces U.K. will be embarking on a nuclear programme??? North Korea - hmm.... no. He's a bit scary isn't it and also, there's no black gold there is there? Yeah. Well done, America. Great job!!!

1. America is better than that rinky dink country you come from.
2. America is better than Ireland and Germany (BTW, Ireland is in the UK.)
3. America is the only country to successfully use nuclear weapons to destroy a large portion of humanity soley for the sake of winning a war... and I think that's pretty good.

One day America will get wise and just look out for it's own folk. And stuff the rest of the world's problems. We'll have the Great Europe to peace keep the world .. Led by France? England's liberals? the Mayor of London?.. Oh hang on don't they support all terror and crime? Give it a rest knocking America we in England begged America to assist in world war 2 and they fought shoulder to shoulder with our troops ... So try to show a little loyalty to the land of the free.. Any sentence here that you agree with?

In the last few years- since the "millennium bug" paranoia, now I think about it- America's self confidence has dwindled but they are still our friends and allies.

Why do all you Brits hate Americans so much? Is because of Bush cause we all know he sucks,but Tony Blair is equally as horrible.You guys always stereotype us as stupid,fat,celebrity worshippers which is not true.I've read some of the Q&A's on here about Americans and British people and you Brits always insult us!

I frankly don't care what you think. I'm an American to the very core! I love this country and all of the benefits of being here.
