I'm trying to find out what my child has been looking at on the internet and he knows how to delete the cookies and internet files by using Internet Opions, so I need to know can I get deeper into my computer and still find out what hes looking at, and how.
please help me.

In windows 98 IE does a bad job. look for the FOLDERS of temp and caches to look for things that it miss. You can also try imputing the first letters in address on IE and see what sites show up.

Place the computer in a more public place, like the living room is the best thing to do.

There is planty of software to keep the history and keystokes and stores the results on the computer and some will even email. Some routers will block sites with certain keywords.
This will keep the kids honest.
