i mean the FILE, EDIT, VIEW & SO ON STANDARD MENU BAR

Right click on any vacant spot at the top of your screen, like next to your destination tab. A menu will drop down. Make sure there is a check next to"Menu Bar". If not put a check next to it and your problem is solved.

I think it is in the options under (the picture of the sprocket?) that new toolbar on the lower right. That is where the new "home" button is.

Also if you want to move the bar back up to the top follow what it says in the link below
