That's largely a matter of personal taste. It's sort of like asking whether Stevie Ray Vaughn or Jimi Hendrix was the better guitarist. Both were Blues masters, but they each had their own styles. I think you should just enjoy whatever music you find meaningful instead of depending upon someone else to tell you what you should like :)

Moon was pretty unorthodox with his kit, but I don't think he was that was technically proficient, certainly not on Bonzo's level. Bonzo could play anything and everything. And Neil Peart is probably the most tecnhnically proficient drummer today.

That's personal, but I'd say Bohnam because he was allowed a little more creative freedom, that and he lived about 102 days longer, so he had more experiecnce.

Really they are both legends and it's all about taste.
I'd like to see a debate about who was a better partier.
