Assuming that your printer has a USB port on it, all you do is connect your USB cable between the printer and any of your computer's USB ports.
If you haven't got one, a USB printer cable will cost you £5 - £10 at any good computer store.
Assuming that you are using a fairly recent installation of Windows, such as Win XP, your PC should automatically detect the printer, install any necessary drivers and away you go.
Good Luck !

You can buy a usb to parellel converter at any computer store - Compusa, etc. It will cost you about $17.
Plug the usb end in the printer and the parellel end in the LPT port and Windows will find the printer.

I believe that you can get a USB / Printer cable convertor... but not sure if this works both ways - ie USB to Parallel cable or Parallel Port to USB cable.

Plug it in. Or is there some reason you can't?
