Trying to see if this phrase has been patent on or used in any way

This is a trademark issue, not a patent one.

I listed some links where you can do some preliminary slogan checking. However, please be aware that this is merely scratching the surface of what's out there.

Only comprehensive research will tell you if the slogan is truly available. But, these links are free & a great place to start, so I'd try them out first.

Comprehensive research consists of looking at marks that are similar in Sound, Appearance or Meaning in the pending & registered Federal AND State trademark files.

Also, it should be noted that you can trademark a slogan (as long as it's legally available) but it has to be in connection with a particular product or service. You cannot own the slogan outright for ALL products & services.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

There are limits to what statements or phrases can be copyrighted. Parts of everyday speech can not be copyrighted unless you can show that yours is a unique and special case, usually associated with an advertising campaign, or special spelling.

There are 'tards that are trying to get more lax rules so that they can stop people from using common phrases, just like there are parts of the music and book publishing community that want to stop "fair use" including lending of personal property or selling used property.

Lets hope they never get enough power to succeed.

it's a dumb phrase... and i remember a time when you couldn't patent (why?) or copyright phrases.

sorry, if you're going to trump on us.... find something better to copyright.

Yes I do have a right to my opinion.

Yes, you have a right to not listen to my opinion.
