had my last period on 26th october,had spotting on 15th nov for half a day, done 2 hpt saying not pregnant, feeling nasea , sore breats and could sleep for england in the last few days, can any1 help me, havnt been under no stress and work and home life good , plz help?????

go to a doctor and request a blood test for pregnancy and an overall checkup.
you may or may not be. sometimes your body doesn't produce enough hcg early in the pregnancy to be detected by an HPT, but the doctor's blood tests are far more sensitive.
also, you should buy an EARLY pregnancy test, such as First Response brand, and use first morning urine, for the most accurate results. Also, you should avoid drinking anything a few hours before bed the night before you test, to avoid "diluting" the results, literally.

Are you on the pill? Sometimes if you have missed one the symptons can be like pregnancy. I would buy a pregnancy kit from the chemist, like clearblue, they are so sensitive, my Dr told me they are better than the hospital test!

This sounds like something that happened to me right before i found out i was pregnant, i believe you should go to a doctor and get a blood test taken.

If your not feeling good and you have all these symptoms then you should go see your physician. Better to be safe then sorry and either or then maybe your sick with something and you can get medicene. Win win situation. :( Don't stress yourself out.) i didnt know i was pregnant for ages due to light periods in my day didnt have home tests felt different went to doc i was20 weeks
