I really hope you are not making fun of your grandmother.
It's a legitimate question because 6 months ago I stopped teaching to take care of my granny and have been faced with this same dilemma. How do you get crap off a lazy boy?
Bissell steam cleaner.
Diluted bleach water and scrub brush.

So you don't have to worry about it in the future, you can use cheap shower curtains cut in half to tuck over chair cushion and put a towel over it for comfort. Also you can lay them under bed sheet to protect mattress, basically anywhere she sits.

Rent a steam cleaner and some cleaning solution. As far as the plastic pants, you may want to get the disposable kind, much easier.

for the pants: get them sewed up at the cleaners
the mess: use furniture/fabric spray and wipe it up with a cloth
