Okay so this is my first boyfriend
I'm 17
We've hugged but i still don't feel comfortable hugging him in front of everyone at school but i know he wants to!
I don't know what i'm meant to be doing differently now he's my boyfriend - we were quite good friends before!
Any other tips!!!

Do what you want.
If you do not feel comfortable showing affection in public tell him.
I am married and still do not like hugging and kissing in public.
If you were good friends before, take things slow and be open and honest with him about how you feel.
Do what is right for you and the rest will come naturally.
Most importantly have fun.

Some people don't like public affection. I think it's grose when people are all over each other. Save that stuff for behind closed doors....You have every right to feal that way. It's just funny because usually the man is the one that hates that stuff!! at least you know you have a keeper!! just tell him your not into public affection

Hey he is your boyfriend now but you dont need to rush anything... start getting to know him more and hang out just 2 of you and watch that will all change quickly... then you will be the one wanting a hug all the time.... that exactly happened with me and my girl and now we are inseperable!!

a boyfriend should know better. ugging in public is not for everyone. Let him know and if he doesn't get it, dump him...
