Yesterday I got some guy to paint the fender of my car where it had scratches on it. My car is white. Now you can see little white marks on the car where he used the touch up paint. How can we fix this where it is not noticeable and blends in with the car so no one can tell it used to be scratched?

Buy a can of automotive compound. It comes in a can similar to paste car wax. The compound contains a very fine abrasive which when applied according to the directions on the can will blend the repainted and older areas evenly. Remember to apply a good quality wax after using the compound.

You could try taking it to a body shop and having them buff the fender. I'm not sure how well the touch up paint will blend but it's possible.

My husband actually does auto body for a living. I would say that you should have your car wet sanded then buffed. This should work. Depending on how deep scratches are that you get on your car you should always try to get it buffed first. This usually works on all surface scratches. If they are deep then you would have to have it painted. Good luck!!
