the game won't play its just a black screen with the sound running in the background

you probably don't have the right graphics or enough RAM.

It isn't loading the graphics-
If on tv are your cords plugged in? Also disconnect them and replug to get a nice snug connection-
Also are other games working?
If all else fails call customer service.

Your graphics card may need to be replaced or your monitor is not used to the setting of display. look on pcworld and see what they have. Most graphics cards need to be 256mb or above

It probrably isnt either made for your computer, or your settings. sometimes games will do that if the cd is scratched, or if the files are corrupt. Also sometimes it is a loading problem.
