Get a soft drink with caffiene. Or go to a quiet place and run around the room. Get some oxygen in your blood and get it pumping! Tomorrow when you go to work, bring some B12 pills. They help give you energy. They are about 3 dollars at Walmart. And I hear ya about the exhaustion. I'm at work as well, and am having a hard time focusing on my work. Go to bed early tonight if you can...or at least lay on the couch and rest! Good luck and hope you make it through the day!!! God Bless!

Find some caffeine but don't over do it. If you are not used to coffee don't drink more than a 1/4 cup at a time or total (so you can sleep tonight). Be careful driving home or have someone take you home. Go to bed on time tonight! Take care. Sending good wishes your way right now!

Do you have fruit to snack on? That always helps me. Anything sugary will only give you temporary energy, and then you'll sink to less energy than you had before (that includes coffee and energy drinks, glad you think they're rancid! ;) ) Anyways, or something like pretzels or crackers works too. Maybe listen to music if you can?

I'm in the same boat. Today is really bad though... Something must be in the air. Try swiveling around and around in your chair... at least you could use "I got dizzy and passed out" as an excuse instead of falling asleep at your desk.

Suck it up and drink the coffee or go out and get a huge coffee with a few shots of espresso in it.

I know exactly what you are feeling. I am pregnant and I am always tired. I just nod off and use my pregnancy as an excuse.
