i think they mature faster yes
but at the same time, girls can be really dumb.. even if i like them, they always go out with jerks and cheat on guys etc.
so i don't think mature = smarter necessarily ;)

Girls mature faster now than they used to. They do because the hormones in milk and other meats. If you don't want to start your period to soon, try eating organic foods and organic milk (they are delicious) They will help, and make it easier to lose weight at the same time. Girls' periods are from the ages 8-17 about, depending on their diets, and genes. Most girls start about when there mom did, (but still depending on diet) If you mean faster than boys, than no. About the same time.
