Why does it say it is rude and shouln't yahoo use another word. Like, impollite, discourteous or vulgar. Someone should tell yahoo that they are not that smart like they think they are.

Well, it does seem rude. Rude and vulgar are two different things, first of all. Impolite and discourteous are synonyms for rude, but I think they say "Rude" to get their point across a bit better.

I, along with many others, am less likely to answer a question written in all capitals. It seems loud, abrupt, and like you're trying to get special attention for your question--which is, to use Yahoo's word, rude.
