i'm 16 and i've only been practicing tennis for 3 months, i used to play as a kid and now i'm really starting to like it and suddenly the idea of being a pro tennis player like serena and venus williams and others came to me and i've fallen in love with it. I don't if it's possible for me to become a pro when starting training at this age. I need to no the percentage of possibility because if it's difficult to become one then i think i should focus on other things coz a friend of mine told me that there's a possibility but i have to start right away n that i have to do intensive training like at least 4 hours 6 times a week and do weight training and run alot and lots of other things to do too but i rly need to no on a scale from 1 to 10 the possibility of being a pro and if it rly can happen then what to do..

On a scale from 1 to 10, probably .000000000000000000001. Sorry, but even people who start playing before they can walk simply don't have the skills to become a pro tennis player. Some girls your age are already professional tennis players. It truly matters how much you want it. Anything's possible if you devote your life, and I mean your entire life, night and day, to tennis. Good luck to you and have fun!

If you're a natural athlete, your odds are much better than if you're not. If you can move well, and have a combination of speed, strength and stamina, it is possible. It's possible, but it depends on your willingness to make up for lost time in terms of developing your game to its' maximum potential and willing to put the time in the gym, and eat properly in terms of nutrition and nutritional supplements. You could play the satellites and challenger events for a year or two to see how it goes. If it doesn't work out in terms of satisfactory progress, you can go back to school and get an education. The beauty of it is you're
young enough to do this, and you have your whole life ahead of you, so even if the pro tennis career doesn't work out, you have
other options in terms of what you will do to earn a living. Keep
in mind Todd Martin didn't really start playing tennis until high school, and he turned out to be a very good pro, so there's hope for you.

Tennis is a really competitive sport. I'm from Indonesia and even the national players who I think is really good already is only Top 500 in the world. And they have played since they were kids. So unless you are willing to practice 5 days a week for at least 5 years, I doubt it.

If you have the heart and will-power to go at it- i'd say you have the chance! All you need is a good coach and support behind you.

It is really hard to say. You should first go into ranking matches and see how good you are. If you are good, you could consider going pro
