Vampire. Definitely. All the blood sucking and the sleeping during the day and the never getting old or dying. Yeah, that's the life!

Zombie...no Eating brains is just gross ... not to mention their looks. Yuck!
Ghost ... no Too lonely.
Vampire ... yes of the three. Eternal youth and beauty, strength, the power of persuasion, and a sensual creature to boot! Although, I'd be more the drink blood from a goblet type versus the sink you teeth in the next available neck sort.
