to ryan ,
i have run them at the same time, but don't find anything...
is that because I've lost some kind of effectiveness?
I had to ask the question to get people's opinion. Your answer was really dumb - hmmm try it and find out! You could respond to many answers with that..You think that kind of answer helps anyone? You are a moron.

YES. They all do different things for your PC so you're fine. Just don't run 2 AntiVirus programs at the same time because it may cause conflict and crash your pc or worse. Some of the Antispyware and Anti Adware can also be run at the same too. but you'll have to read the README file on them to find out if they can or not. I know for a fact that the Microsoft Window Defender can be run at the same time with other Antispyware.

Do you mean run like in background? Its perfectly fine.
If you mean actively run them to scan PC, then may not be a good idea. Not only all of them will slow down, you can also experience problems or false alarms in case your AV has a spyware detector of its own. Look at it this way,
1. Your Spyware soft detect a spyware.
2. Your AV detects a spyware.
3. Your Spyware soft deletes the spyware.
4. Your AV tries to delete the spyware but its nowhere to be found. AV decides that there is a security breach.

You should have only one Anti-Virus program running on your computer. AV programs will conflict and not provide protection.
You should have at least 3 Anti-Spyware/Adware programs providing full time active protection. You can use as many On Demand scanning programs as you desire.
I recommend you read this site. You will learn much about protecting your computer.

Yes you can run them all at the same time. The only thing it will use is more memory but not anything that will be to noticeable unless you are running low in memory already.

Yes you can run, I am already doing. Not such impact on effectiveness comparing to their benefit.

Why don't you try and see which way works best instead of asking. Only you will know how it works on your computer.

I suggest you download AOL Active Virus Shield, It's based on the popular Kaspersky Lab Virus Killer. It's a great antispyware and virus killer all in one.
There's links and also a great walkthrough with a step by step guide: http://walkthroughwizard.info/
