I think he really knew who the #2 team was, and with him being such a saint, he didn't feel like lying so he just didn't vote

First of all I think that it's BS that a coach should have the right to tell me where my team is going to play! (heck half the coaches don't even watch every team play)

Obviously he didn't vote since if he voted for Florida than everyone would say what are you scared?

Obviously he knows if they played Michigan again then Michigan wins

Since the voting was so close, I wonder if Tressel had voted for Michigan if it would have made a difference.

Tressel was just doing what he thought was right. Deep down inside he knew Michigan was the #2 team, but he knew that if he voted for them and they got the #2 spot, they would beat them senseless on a neutral turf.

No. In this situation it was best that he didn't vote. If he would have voted for anyone other than Michigan, all the little baby wolverines would be crying foul play. He isn't worried about who they play. They will win either way.

O-H-

Michigan fans are funny! They actually think they are better than the Buckeyes....Did they not watch the last game? There completely lucky they didn't get beat by two touchdowns...Don't get me wrong I think the Wolverweenies are the second best team in the nation...But accept the fact that your team is not as good as Ohio St. Maybe next year Wolerweenies!

It doesnt matter. His vote wouldnt have mattered anyway. Just because he can vote doesnt mean he has to just like us. We get the option to vote for who we want but we dont have to and 99.9% of the time our vote wont matter.

I think it showed a lot of class, as he knew he was biased and his vote could be construed as BS.
