Huh? How does this show "special treatment?"
It's a routine review of an immigration case -- happens all the time. Nearly the identical situation happened recently in my area, where the woman to be deported's husband was in the Marine Corps (and a hardcore republican, who had appealed for help to his local republican congressman). The woman is still here, and the case is being reviewed. Exact same treatment -- does that mean republicans are getting special treatment, too?
You're really grasping at straws, aren't you? Oh, how sad that you can't handle losing the senate and house without at least a *little* aplomb...

Ahh, I don't know about special treatment here. Her story sounds very plausible... but at the same time... why is a state senator's wife in hiding from the American government? I'm all for love, but it really doesn't sound too sensible for someone in his position to marry an illegal. Legal first, then marriage.

OH get a grip. If it were a Republicans wife the same thing would have happened.

Don't worry about it. All those "Blue Dog" Democrats they picked to run this election where very conservative. These "Blue Dogs" will come back to bite them in the butt.
