Looking for places to take the in-laws...last year we went through The Heights, River Oaks etc. and we were not very impressed. Are there other neighborhoods known for their Christmas lights? Like I said, we're going out tonight so quick responses appreciated!

Cinco Ranch, The Kelliwood Subdivisions, Lake Pointe...many of the subdivisions in the "Katy" area. We have always enjoyed driving around in the area!

I live in the Champions Area (1960 and 249) and I like to drive around Cypresswood (the area in front of the Raveneaux Golf Course). They have some very nicely lit homes around there. Plus, the majority of them are HUGE! Therefore, they have enough money to pay someone else to decorate.

Yes, I love doing that. I totally agree, with some snow it really does compliment the lights. It is such a beautiful sight. Have a very Merry Christmas, to you and yours.

Go to Jersey Village(290 area). There's this street in JV where all the houses on that block decorate their homes like crazy(in a good way). It's so cool. I think you'll like it.
