Does anyone else here think tracy emins videos are boring, her art is self stlyed egotistical emotionally slef absorbed crap. she "claims" to have been raped when she was young to no-doubt add to her reputation as an artist. the only idiots who enjoy her work are 19 year old female art students who will no doubt scrape a living in mcdonalds after they graduate.

come come, ms Emin is also noted for her ability to draw, paint and sculpt.her ideas on what constitutes art may not be to your liking, but you cannot deny she has a unique ability to sell herself and her art.
wether or she was raped as a child is also a point in her story, for is it not this and a few other sides to her character that informs her work.
Art is all about communication, and Ms Emin does just that.
I am not a 1`9 year old student, and I dont particulary enjoy her work, but I will defend the right of all artist everywhere to communicate thier work, after all you dont need to go and see her work if you are so dismissive of it ,do you. regards LF

What I have to laugh about is the way Hirst employs young artists from art colleges to actually complete his ideas. He can't paint or draw at all, not even poorly. As for Emin, she seems a dysfunctional alkie, foul mouthed, she has basically created a persona but her art aint worth a dime.

You are just a big meanie aren't you. At least Emin's work has some human feeling, not like that jerkwater Damien "for godsake put another record on" Hurst.
