My boyfriend always cuts himself shaving and I'd love to buy him a really swish electric shaver for his Birthday, but he's had a few before and all were rubbish (left stubble behind!). Are there any out there, however expensive, that actually do the job as good as a normal wet shave??

Electric shavers i have found are rubbish, you never get a clean shave,my best shave is mach3 turbo,1st i shave in direction of hair growth, then i apply another thin layer of shaving gel and shave against whats left always feeling with fingers until completly smooth, then use mens moisturisor (loreal men expert or nivea for men) brilliant shave and no rash totally smooth.Hope this helps

electric shavers are made to leave stuble behind..thats why wet razors have not turned obsolete yet..they are made to style a man's facial hair in a clean cut manner..if u don't like his facial hair..tell him to shave easier on his face..the Gillette Fusion electric wet shaver and their shave gel does wonders!! try them out..they work for me and my face is as smoothe as ever..

Sorry never found one to suit. Teach him to wet shave properly, or do it for him!! Merry Christmas.
