No they do not, the only bit even remotely close is at the beginning when Alex has the Zebra's head in his mouth lol

the only scene that comes close is when the penguins took over the ship and one of them does a karate chop to the back of the captain's neck/head.

I don't remember anything like that. I believe someone did get slapped on the back of the head. I would have to re-watch it to remember who though.
