lenght lights that are in all newre cars[the last 20 years, actually].
The housing is broken from the accident, so I can't use the finger lenght bulb. It would just dangle. So that square headlight box would fit nicely. They are both 12 volts. Is that okay, or would there be an electrical problem, a short or whatever.
The particular headlight/box that I saw at Wal Mart-one of them, anyway has the same connection-that two prong one in a sideways
connect. As you can see, I know little about car fix-up

Yes you can as long as they are the same voltage. However it will not be quite as bright. I hate the new bulbs and lenses also. When the lenses start to dull you lose the brightness they were designed for anyway.

It probably would work, if you can figure out how to mount the sealed-beam lamp.
It may be better to go to the junk yard and get undamaged parts.

Yes it will work if it bolts up right.
