damn no wonder your named oldncrabby that name fits you perfect you ole grump. Ask your doctor if you can take sudafed. I was allowed to when i was pregnant it'll help clear up your nose. Also use vicks and rub it all over your chest, back and nose. That should help. Good luck.

Use saline mist. I actually bought baby mist. It releases a fine mist into your nostrils. Does not burn or bother you in the slightest. Do that for a few seconds then blow your nose. It clears you nose up with medicine and without drying your sinuses up like some other methods. I would do whenever needed. It worked great. You can use as often as needed. Unlike some meds. It also shortened the length of my colds. Vicks vapor rub on top of that did wonders. Good luck.

try the hot cold compressions when you can. If tylenol is not working my dr told me that sudafed was perfectly fine to take which i was so thankful for (im 6.5 months preggos too)!!! Hope you get better, you sure have your hands full with all those kids :)

Otrivin or a saline nasal spray is o.k. while pregnant but that's about it. A humidifier or just boiling a kettle of water or hot shower (no baths for you!) can also help with sinus congestion.

Vicks and robotussin DM is about all I can offer. Maybe call your Dr office and speek with a nurse they can tell you more things you can take.

It would be nice if you could teach your children to speak properly! No "s" on people! Oh yeah, ever hear of birth control?
