I am 12 days late and took a pregnancy test at 9 days late and was negative should I take another test?

Question

Called and made an appointmet with Doctor's, the receptionist told me beccause I had a negative result I am probably not pregnant so she couldn't get me in for another two weeks. I just want to know for sure if I am or not.

I do have symptoms, very moody, tender breasts, ense of smell has intesified, constipation and darkening around the nipples, and cervical discharge. My period has also been like clockwork for the last 5 months at least

I think you should take another test. Different tests test different levels of HCG. The lower the number the better the test. This is from the website I buy my tests from. They work very well.

Go buy an EPT and test first thing in the morning. If you are pregnant it should show up... it may even be a very faint positive, but it still should be. IF its negative then I would just get in to the doc as soon as you can and have them do a blood test. Are you having any symptoms? Either way... Good Luck!

If your test was negative then it is unlikely. Do you have any pregnancy symptoms? A big sign is very tender breasts

you could take another test. if that one is neg. i would wait until i go to the doctor. they will be able to tell. good luck and try not to stress about it. stress can make you skip your period. so can a change in excersise and diet. good luck.

yes take another test. HCG doubles every 2 days! You could have ovulated later then you thought
