You don't. You're supposed to be there to study and learn school lessons not to waste taxpayers money.

None, really.
The 11th and 12th Amendments don't apply. (The 11th is about state sovereign immunity, the 12th fixed the presidential electoral process)
Students do have limited privacy rights, but the right to browse the internet would probably not fall within those rights.
You also have limited First amendment free speech and free exercise of religion rights, but that just means that the school can't regulate your speech (with some exceptions) on the basis of its content. But whether the school can provide you access to the internet -- that's a due process/equal protection argument that would be difficult to win. And whether the school could provide ANONYMOUS browsing rights, yeah, that's way too far out there.

Do your internet goofing off on your time, not the taxpaying publics time. You are there to get an education, an academic one, not one in Pr0n and gaming. Sorry to sound harsh, but having raised 3 kids of my own and also having worked in the educational system here, I see what all these free Apple computers are mostly used for and it isn't graphic design. Get back to work and play when you get home. And read the Constitution for cryin out loud. Stuff in there you will need to know.
You have a right to a decent education at the expense of others. If you do not take advantage of that right, then quit school and go pick fruit or dig ditches so your spot will help a kid who wants to get ahead in life. Don't want you there if you aren't going to take it seriously.

I am sorry but you have no privacy rights on the computer at school. Before you even allowed access to their computers you have to sign an agreement that states you will obey any rules and follow the procedures. You are also give a log on name and password so they can keep track of what you are doing. Every time you log in on their computer it will leave a history in the IE History folder that you have no access to with what time you went there and what kind of site it was.

You don't. The computers and internet connection are property of the school, plus you may have signed a compliance agreement before you were given access.

Tricky. One one hand what you do should be considered private but on the other you are using another entity's property which has it's own rules. I'm sure they made you sign something in order to use the internet.
Since you agreed, you're bound by law to honor that agreement.

first of all why are you browsing the internet instead of doing your work on the computer. second, if you could browse the internet annomously you could do anything, maybe the wrong things and they wouldnt beable to identify you( in which you may or may not like) but the victims wouldnt be happy. hope this helps. merry christmas.

Pretty much none. It's been decided by the courts time and time again that kids in school have less rights than others.

Let me break it down for you.
You are in a public school using their equipment, their networks in their buildings.
You are under legal age, under school supervision with no voting rights.
Sorry,
Maybe you have rights at home.
